Shipping a product like a bridal gown, which falls into the volumetric category due to its shape and size, can be costly. We take great care to ensure that your dream gown reaches you in the best condition, and we kindly request our customers to uphold the same responsibility when returning the gown for any unforeseen circumstances.

    Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

    Please note that we may request images of the original tags and details about the concern before initiating a return ticket.

    Care and Instructions: When returning your item, please make use of the provided return shipping label and seal-able cover that come along with the original product. Please follow these instructions:

    1. Place the return item inside the provided seal-able cover.
    2. Affix the return shipping label securely to the cover.
    3. We may request a photograph of the sealed return package to ensure it's in suitable condition for shipping.

    Return Shipping: While we hate to see our products returned, if you choose to return an item, you have the option to self-ship the product to us.

    Self-ship: Please use a reputable courier service that offers online tracking. We recommend ensuring the package is securely wrapped with plastic at the courier station for added protection. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to return the product in perfect condition, and any damage during shipping will be your liability.

    Processing Time: After receiving your returned item, please allow for an inspection and processing period. We will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

    Three-Step Verification: We employ a meticulous three-step verification process to determine if a gown has been used or worn for more than 30 minutes. This process includes ultraviolet exposure testing to identify wear and tear based on factors such as sweat, makeup particulates and other metrics. This thorough examination ensures the integrity of our return policy and the quality of our products.

    Disqualification: If the returned product does not meet our return qualification standards, the customer will not be eligible for a refund, and the product will be re-shipped back to the customer. We assumes no liability in this regard. Additionally, if the customer fails to accept the receipt of the re-shipped product, they will remain ineligible for a refund.

    Refund or Exchange: You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for an exchange for a different item of equal value. The timeline for your refund may vary depending on the payment source. If you have used UPI for payment, your refund will be reflected instantly (within 48 hours in case of any delays). For payments made using source accounts (such as Credit Card, Debit Card, and Netbanking), please expect your refund to appear in your account within 7-10 days, depending on your bank partner's processing time.

    Exceptions: Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description or contact our customer service for clarification.

    Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We will facilitate a return pick-up or guide you on self-shipping, and in either case, we will cover the return shipping costs for you. Once we receive the item and verify the damage or defect, we will process a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.
